Blue Flames Institute

IX Corps, Joint Forces of the Ta-Seti Nation

"Like a river, leadership moves and changes its surroundings with more impact as it gets further downstream. Leadership starts as a trickle, new in understanding its strengths and power. Leadership training aims to develop its muscles and ability as it deepens and grows to realize its true purpose. Which is focusing on meeting the needs of others and carving out a place for their leadership to come alive naturally." ~ Master Sable

Leadership - This is what we teach.

The Blue Flames Institute provides applied leadership programs conducted within a military framework. It is designed to provide maximum growth and leadership opportunities for BIPoC in our culture and is focused on The Six Pillars of Blue Flames Institute:

  • Pillar 1 - To Develop - LEADERS AND SERVANTS
We offer Cadets unique chances to learn new skills and become better leaders and team players. They learn how to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.

  • Pillar 2 - To Engender - EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE
Cadets learn to provide excellent service aligned with the mission's goals. This involves understanding situations and taking the right actions to make things better.

  • Pillar 3 - To Encourage - HONOR AND INTEGRITY
Cadets learn that leaders must build trust through traits like honor and integrity. These traits are the basis of the Blue Flames Institute's system, encouraging honorable behavior through peer support.

  • Pillar 4 - To Foster - ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
We motivate Cadets to excel in all areas by earning award ribbons for their uniform, showing outstanding academic achievements.

  • Pillar 5 - To Teach - BASIC MILITARY KNOWLEDGE
We urge all Cadets to strive for the highest military rank in their branch. Higher ranks depend on a Cadet's personal progress and effort.

  • Pillar 6 - To Promote - HEALTH, FITNESS, & WELLNESS
We educate Cadets about maintaining a balanced lifestyle, including handling money, nutrition, and fitness. This prepares them to be healthy and ready for the physical challenges of living in a BDSM or Leather household or serving in a BDSM or Leather House.
